Introduction: For decades, finding the safest and the most effective way for managing pulpal disease due to caries and traumatic pulpal exposure has been questionable.1 Indirect pulp treatment (IPT), direct pulp capping (DPC) and complete pulpo tomy (CP) are all viable options for treating deep carious lesions in primary teeth.2 However, today’s concerns are as fol lows: Is there another technique? & Can we be more conserva tive and have the same result?
Partial pulpotomy (PP) technique involves removing of 2 to 3 mm of the coronal pulp. It has several advantages It cause slight pulp injury, minimal loss of tooth substance, better pulp healing and faster than complete pulpotomy. With its ability to preserve vital pulp tissue while promoting rapid healing, Partial Pulpotomy emerges as a promising, con servative alternative that may redefine the future of primary tooth management
